Added oil to the steering box
Checked the rear gear oil and it was fine for now
Adjusted the linkage to the governor a few more times today, having a test run after each adjustment
Finally got the car to not die as well as to go into passing gear
Actually made it across town with no sputtering or [...]

Took a test drive and she didn’t die, but lost her kickdown, so I probably over-adjusted

Stella still dies coming to a stop, even after being warmed up
Tried adjusting the linkage to the carb and the linkage to the governor again, and still stalled at a red light
Took off both sill plates, so the doors would close

Mounted the cloth on the door panels, using contact cement on the edges
Punched holes through where the door handles, etc go
Removed the window frames
Attached the stainless trim to the door panels
Attached the clips to the door panels, then attached those to the doors
Reattached the window frames
Installed the door handles (except the pulls) and escutcheons

Punched holes in the carpet, then attached the seat belts through them
Attached two splash guards… One near the high beam switch in the fender well, and the other near the starter
Attached garage door rubber to the rock guards with 17 ga. aluminum wire
Tightened most of the body bolts from the rear fenders to the body

Shortened the throttle to governor linkage one revolution
She wouldn’t even go into Reverse
I think she may have flooded
Went back to my ORIGINAL setting on the throttle linkage and lengthened it one revolution
Had to adjust the accelerator to carburetor linkage (undo what we had just done) back towards the firewall
Attached the kick panels inside
